All leaders at all levels are responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implementing this policy in all work units/departments under their supervision.
All employees are responsible for maintaining and protecting the security of information assets and complying with established information security policies and procedures.
Any violation of this policy and other related policies will be subject to administrative sanctions such as revocation of information access rights and disciplinary action in accordance with applicable regulations.
More technical policies and procedures will be created separately and established by referring to the principles set forth in this policy statement.

PT Mega Semai Nusantara is committed to immediately correcting ISMS conformity and improving ISMS in a planned manner.
In order to securely manage the use of cloud computing services, PT Mega Semai Nusantara is committed to implementing additional security controls based on the ISO/IEC 27017:2015 standard.
This implementation includes establishing information security responsibilities by PT Mega Semai Nusantara as a cloud customer by managing secure cloud configurations, protecting data in the cloud, and regularly monitoring cloud activities.
PT Mega Semai Nusantara is committed to protecting all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) processed and stored in public cloud services, with reference to the ISO/IEC 27018:2019 standard.
PT Mega Semai Nusantara ensures that all PII processing activities receive explicit consent from the data owner.
PT Mega Semai Nusantara ensures that all PII processing activities are processed only for legitimate and approved purposes.
PT Mega Semai Nusantara ensures that all PII processing activities are stored in geographical locations that comply with data protection regulations.
